My homepage. Proceed if you want to find out more about this MFCN-guy alias Jörgen Scheibengruber. Here you find some info about me, my pgp-key, how to reach me via mail and icq and even a photo :-).

Gnomeradio. Here you find the webpage to gnomeradio. Gnomeradio is a FM Tuner application for the gnome desktop environment. It has a very nice gui (in my opinion) and needs a radio-card installed in your pc that is supported by video4linux.

netspeed_applet. The webpage of netspeed_applet. Netspeed_applet is a little gnome1 and gnome2 applet that shows the traffic for a specified network device (for example eth0) in kbytes/s.

led_applet. This gnome2 applet shows the status of the lock-keys (Num, Caps and Scroll) of your keyboard. Very usefull if you don't have leds on the keyboard (for example wireless keyboards usually don't have leds).

Gsendfile. This is the webpage of gsendfile, a frontend to the unix-tools sendfile and receive. Unlike ftp, sendfile (and the saft protocoll), allow a asyncronous file transfer via the internet (similiar to e-mail). This means that you can send files to people (who are running the sendfile-server), without getting the receipient involved and without having an account on the remote machine. The files will be placed in the inbox and the receipient can decide wether he wants to save or reject them. This is a gnome application, too.

Precompiled binary for glquake. Are you desperately searchin for a OpenGL version of Quake(1) that supports your NVidia/Matrox/etc. graphicscard on linux? Then this binary is what you are lookin for. Cause the official binary of glquake from idsoftware is linked against glide, it is not workin with other graphicscards then those of 3dfx. So I downloaded the Source of quake, made some minor fixes and here is the result :-)

Gppp(-wvdial). This is the webbage of gppp, a gnome ppp-dialer, which was designed to be the gnome-counterpart to kppp. It was however my first real project in c and gtk+, so don't expect to much of it. Cause i learned a lot during creation, and the code was a awfull mess, I started a rewrite of the whole thing. The original program worked in setuid root mode, to make configuration easy, but this is of course a big securityhole. And newer versions of gtk+ don't allow any setuid root programs anymore, so I don't know if the hole thing still works somehow.

Anyway, the whole development has stopped, cause I now have broadband internetaccess. Maybe I find time/feel like to continue development some time, cause as far as I see, there is still no valid substitude for kppp. So if you are searchin for ppp-utility for gnome, similiar to kppp, you can still give the old version (0.2.2) a try.

More to come...
